Shipping Policy

We aim to provide secure and on-time shipping so that you can enjoy our products the soonest.

Delivery Date

Next Day deliveries within UAE, 1-3 business days to GCC countries and 3-5 rest of the world, provided that such items are dispatched from our premises/warehouse. Some items are on a pre-order basis, which will be specified in the descriptions. Please allow 7-10  business days for pre-order items.

Any additional duties and taxes imposed by your country will be settled by yourselves, if any.

 

We undertake to notify you within 24 hours from the date of purchase in case of unavailability of the products. Under this circumstance, you will be entitled to a full refund.

When the items are dispatched from our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule and arrange the time of delivery.

Cancelation of the order is not possible once the shipment has already left our premises.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

 

Delivery Charges

Shipping within the UAE will be charged a fixed fee of AED 20 for orders weighing up to 2kg. An additional fee of AED 10 will be charged for orders weighing more than 2 kg. All other GCC and International shipping tariffs will be charged AED 60 for up to 2kg. An additional 20 Aed will be added for orders weighing above 2kgs.

 Enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders of AED 1000 and above in UAE.

However, Hya Concept Store will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full credit refund in the form of an online store note to be used within one year, or you can exchange the product for a different size or another item. You can exchange as many times as you wish within the same conditions.

 

All online store refunds must be made within 48 hours from time of delivery. All exchanges must be made within 7 days from time of delivery. Contact us direclty for returns.

Return shipping fees will be paid by yourself.

Hyaconceptstore.com reserves the right to reject returns that are not in the same condition delivered and in the original packaging and tags.

We will process you return within 1-5 business days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail from us confirming your exchange/refund request and then another e-mail once the return is complete.

Items on Sale are non-refundable.

Customized products are non-refundable nor exchangeable.

If for any reasons refund was to be applied, such as in case the item ordered was out of stock, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
